I am catering pulled pork for 100 in 2 months. I bought the pork butt on sale and froze them. Can I thaw the pork, cook it, pull it then refreeze until the event? What is the best way to re-heat the pulled pork. Thanks! |

Yes. It loses quality after 1 month in storage, so don't cook yet. Freeze in sauce in baggies. Thaw 2-3 days in fridge. Reheat tightly covered in preheated oven. |
