how can I cook frozen gren beans for 390 with only a convection and warming oven in the kitchen. would electric roasters wrtk? or put in oven covered with foil and alittle water?? |

This is over 80 pounds of green beans. Very few kitchens have 4 separate circuits, which is what it would take to cook the beans in 4 roasters. You can cook in the oven, but I suggest you consider a roasted vegetable alternative- could be asparagus or Italian veg for example- these could even b.e served room temp |
