how can I cook frozen gren beans for 390 with only a convection and warming oven in the kitchen. would electric roasters wrtk? or put in oven covered with foil and alittle water?? |

That is about 80 pounds of green beans. 4 roasters takes 4 circuits, most rooms have 1 or 2, so you need to do them in the oven; so how about switching to roasted veggies? Asparagus, italian veggies, lots of options. They can also be served room temp- so can be cooked and held. |
