I purchased Schulte-Ufer cookware at a discount house. I was attracted by the design and the fact that it would go into the oven and dishwasher. I showed a piece to a trained steel fabricator. He reported that it was very professional high quality spun steel, high end, and the welds holding the handles were excellent quality. Their cooking abilities bear this out. They discolor a little if overheated, but a little Paderno stainless steel cleaner fixes that. |
