Catering a wedding

I am catering a wedding for 150 southerners. I want to make Italian sausage with peppers and onions. Salad that includes lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers. Baked chicken legs and thighs. Fettuccini with Alfredo and Tortellini with marinara.

Colleen, this is not a very Southern menu- is it the bride's choice?

I agree with Ellen. Throw in some Deviled Eggs, Jambalaya, Mashed Taters N' Gravy or maybe a Fish Fry, Crawfish Boil maybe. If they want more elegant, make a fresh Salad, Cornbread basket, Dirty Rice, BBQ Chicken, Roasted Corn, Banana Cream Pie, Pecan Pie, Sweet Tea etc.
