I am catering a wedding for 150 southerners. I want to make Italian sausage with peppers and onions. Salad that includes lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers. Baked chicken legs and thighs. Fettuccini with Alfredo and Tortellini with marinara. |

I agree with Ellen. Throw in some Deviled Eggs, Jambalaya, Mashed Taters N' Gravy or maybe a Fish Fry, Crawfish Boil maybe. If they want more elegant, make a fresh Salad, Cornbread basket, Dirty Rice, BBQ Chicken, Roasted Corn, Banana Cream Pie, Pecan Pie, Sweet Tea etc. |
