Birthday party for 60 people

03/28/13 		Hi Ellen--you have helped me a lot in the past so here I go again. b-day party for 60 people menu is 3-6foot subs, pasta salad, jello salads,kiebasa with saukerkraut-pin wheels. sweet and sour meatballs and veggie tray. Please tell me how much I need of each. as usual your help is always appreciated.

03/28/13 		The subs alo0ne are enough entree, so treat the rest as appetizers.

kiebasa with saukerkraut-pin wheels- 1 pound sausage per 6
sweet and sour meatballs- 1 pound meatballs per 5

pasta salad, 4 pounds dry pasta plus fixings
jello salads, 12 packages jello
veggie tray, see the veggie tray page

I would add a fruit tray and maybe chips and dip
