Hi I want to make hot chicken for about 100 people how many chickens will I need? I am serving this with mashed Potatoes and Veggies. I want to debone the meat and heat it up in a homemade gravy? |

Whole chickens make about 1 cup of meat per pound of chicken. Turkeys are often cheaper. 50 pounds whole chicken or turkey will make a modest amount per peron. Budget permitting, consider 60-70. |
