I am catering a wedding for 80 guests and the only entree they want (despite my advice to have a second entree) is a Roasted Pig. Any idea how large of a pig I would need to buy to ensure enough food for all guests plus enough for "after dinner" where they want to be able to make sandwiches with the leftovers. |

At least 1 pound per person, head off, 1 1/4 per person head on. Make sure they have a side dish that can be used for non pork eaters as an entree- mac and cheese, scalloped potatoes, meatless beans, etc. |
