Should time and temp be adjusted when quadrupling a recipe for pulled pork? Oven temp in recipe is 300 degrees F and roasting time for one 7-lb pork shoulder/butt is 6 hours. How long should it be when roasting 4 pork shoulders at once? Should oven temp be raised about 25 degrees? Each cut is about 7 lbs and will be in separate foil pans. I appreciate your input. |

Don't raise the temp. Add about an hour. |
