BBQ Dinner for 30

Planning on a pork shoulder (local warehouse store), pasta salad, coleslaw, rolls. How many of each would you recommend? Saw the 1 lb per 10ppl rule for sides but not sure how to plan for that with cooked pasta/coleslaw... Dessert will be served as well. Should I add more, baked beans etc? Thanks!

Use 1/3 the amount for 100 from the plan for 100 pages. All these foods are on it.
