I'd like to serve french fries at a party but how do I keep them warm? I'd like to serve crispy fries but thinking healthier and due to time restraints easier to bake frozen fries. How can I keep them crispy? |

No good methods for this. Baked wedges, well seasoned, hold better, are a little different, healthier, and more delicious: allrecipes.com/recipe/oven-fresh-seasoned-potato-wedges/ Original recipe makes 4 servings Change Servings 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into eighths (scant pound)
Preheat an oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). |

Do put parchment on the pans, and do consider parboiling the potatoes if you want them to bake much faster. |
