What fun. This is what I would make: 18 pounds dry pasta plus add ins- divide between the 2 pasta salads- see the many pasta salad recipes on this site for ideas- about 12 gallons total 100 pounds potatoes plus add ins- many recipes on this site- 12-14 plus gallons total You need at least 10 gallons of one other side- could be beans, green salad, etc. |
