I am planning a birthday party for my husband, there is going to be about 75 people. The menu is
BBQ pork
hot dogs, brats
green beans
baked beans
queso and chips
chips
potato salad
Coleslaw
I am buying everything already made but not sure how many pounds of everything I should buy.
Thanks

Happy birthday. There is a little wiggle room here because I don't know the ages or light/heavy eating status of the guests. This will be plenty, probably some left, assuming 75 people:

BBQ pork- 1 pound per 5
hot dogs, brats, stick to brats, very few people really like hot dogs, 1 pound per 6
Buns, 1 per brat, 5 per pound of pork
Sandwich condiments, see the sandwich page, use 3/4 the amount for 100

green beans about 12 pounds

baked beans 2 1/2 gallons

queso and chips, 1 pound chips per 12, 2 cans queso, you will have some left

potato salad 3 gallons

Coleslaw 2 gallons

If this saves you time, trouble, or money, consider a donation, maybe a dime per person, to support the site.
