THANK YOU for helping all of us plan our special occassions! Having 200ppl at 4PM graduation. You've answered all my questions on all other food with all your great info, but have a question on fresh fruit salad. Serving pork sandwiches, baked beans, fruit, cookies & brownies. With this menu how many ppl would you estimate 1 gallon of fruit salad will feed? Will 4.5 to 5 total gallons be enough? |

Hi again, Tam, 5 gallons should leave just enough with none left over. About 35 people per gallon. |
