We are having a salad bar for 300. I noticed on your salad bar for 100 or more, you indicated you would have 4+ pounds of lettuce, romaine, and spinach. If you had all of these at the bar, would you still plan on 4+ pounds of each one/100 people? |

Yes. It takes 12-15 pounds of greens per 100 unless you are planning a cold plate luncheon with very little greens. |
