Having our son's graduation party in June. Open house, so we really don't know how many are coming... sending out 150-175 invites. person doing the meat said 60 lbs. of pork butt (pulled pork), and 60 lbs. of turkey (pulled turkey). Is this the correct amount? Of course there will be side salads and desserts. |

Too much meat. 175 guests, no more than 85 pounds total ready to eat meats. Consider doing pulled pork and sliced turkey breast; no reason to pull turkey when so many people like it as is. Maybe 50 pork and 35 turkey, ready to eat weights. |
