I am self catering 200 people for a wedding. The meal includes: Roast beef Mashed potatoes Gravy Frozen vegetables Dinner rolls Butter SIde salad which will have : Lettuce Grape tomatoes Carrots Red onion Cucumber WIth ranch and French dressing Can you tell me how much of each item I should buy? |

Colette, all these foods except the gravy are covered in detail on the plan for 100 page, including how much to buy. You just do 2 times the amount for 100. I allow 1 cup of gravy for 4, I live in an area where gravy is very popular. |
