Hello, I am having a baby shower and about 40 ppl plus kids were invited but i really don't know how many people are coming. i am not reminding anyone. i am making: large pan baked chicken, two pans fried chicken, collard greens, lg pan baked mac and cheese, 4 sub sandwiches cut up, potatoe salad, fruit salad, pizza, cake, cookies, chips. will this be enough? |

I can't help when I don't know the size of the pans, but most "large pans" are the size of a full steam table pan, hold about 25 servings. You need to tell me how many chickens, how many pounds dry macaroni, etc. I would count this as 50 people, 1/2 of 100, to be sure I have enough. |
