I would like to know how many bottles of each of the following: mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup to feed 80 people, also how much cole slaw and pickles. It is for a teacher appreciation dinner at my daughter's school. I could really use some input. Thank you very much. :) |

On the sandwich page, there is a table that shows quantities, and the last section is all about condiments. You would use 3/4 of the amounts for 100. For example, instead of a gallon of pickles/relish/peppers, you would get 3 quarts. |
