Red Potatoes Baked

I wonder if you new how many little red potatoes I would need to serve 450 people. I also need to know the amounts of the Lipton Italian dressing in a packet and how much Olive Oil I would use. To put on the potatoes before I baked them? I know to clean them cut them in half put the ingredients in a zip lock baggie shake them up & put on a baking sheets tell the potatoes are soft. Then we will move them to roaster to keep them warm. Thank you for your quick response.

05/07/13 		Roasted potatoes, start with 35-40 pounds per 100.

Each 3 pounds potatoes:
1/4 cup good olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons minced garlic (6 cloves)
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley or 1 tablespoon dry Italian seasoning

Don't go broke buying Lipton's
