I am planning a rehersal dinner for 40 people for our sons wedding. We are using a tent outside. Menu plans would be pizza, pasta, salad and subs. How much of each would I need? Dessert is taken care of, heart shaped sugar cookies with there names on. |

This is a little harder not knowing the ages, as teens and early 20's eat a little more.
pizza, have a couple meatless; 1 14" per 4 to 6 subs, 2-3 inches per person
