Hello I'm serving 50 people Lasagne using a 12x20 hotel pan. There will be appetizers and also another pasta main dish. How many hotel pans will I need, and how many pounds of bowtie pasta??? Thanks~Karen |

You will have plenty, maybe some left, if you do 2 full pans lasagna and 3 pounds bowtie pasta dish. Lots of help on the spaghetti page. |
