hi, i am having grad party for our daughter, and am having lasagna, stuffed shells, salad, veggie n dip, fruit & cake and pep/cheese rolls, what is best way to keep warm after baking? approx for 45 people thanks! |

By far the simplest is to get 3 of the disposable chafing dishes with 2 Sternos under them; one each for lasagna, stuffed shells, and rolls. The rolls could also be kept upright in crock pots- |
