I have agreed to cater for a friends do who is raising money for a cancer charty who helped her out 5 years ago. She has asked for pulled pork, shredded chicken with sides, salads and a veggie lasagne for the vegitarians. While I can do these I have never cooked for so many and to get it there hot 20 miles from our kitchen. Any advice re quantities greatfully recieved Ian |

Ian, it has to be kept hot at the serving site to be safe. Where is it going? How much help do you have? What cooking facilities? |
