I am cooking 50 lbs of Pork tenderloin for a party of 100 and need to know how to cook that much meat in 3 roasters at the same time so that it is juicy and can slice it? How long would I cook it for? My mom said to wrap each in heavy duty aluminum foil for better cooking. |

Traci, you can only plug one roaster into each circuit and in most homes there is only one circuit, or less, in each room. You would be much better off roasting in traditional oven, cooling, slicing ahead, then reheating in gravy or chicken or pork broth. What is your cooking situation? |
