I am planning on providing finger food for a 200-person reception. I would like to know approximately how many pounds of party chicken wings I would need? The whole menu is carrot and celery sticks, mini corn muffins, wedged melons and grapes, 3-inch corn cobettes. |

Melanie, I need to know the time of, length of the party. Also. unless this is a casual affair, the corn cobettes are a troublesome idea- they drip, big disposal issue, older folks don't eat them... Write back. |
