I do not do charges. This site is primarily for family and volunteer cooks, and I don't know your buying situation. You can check the pro boards at chef2chef.com or foodservice.com. It depends on what rentals, how much staff etc, you supply. You need to know that in most states it is illegal to prepare food for sale in a home kitchen. Also, if you sell food, you need liability insurance. If a guest believes they are sickened by the food, they can sue you; you can lose your house. |
