How much salsa and taco chips for about 300 people for a cocktail hour??? |

Assuming there are several other appetizers, about 1 pound chips per 12 and 1 cup salsa per 4. It is very nice to have 2 salsas, one traditional and one exotic, such as mango peach or corn black bean. In which case 1 cup of each per 4-5. |
