graduation reception for up to 100

05/14/13 		I'm planning a graduation open house for 70-100 people, hard to tell how many since it's come & go and we live the farthest from school. Runs from 3:30 until just family remains. I've been searching your site and working w/ foods my student likes. Do I have enough?

hot ham & cheese sandwiches - 120 cocktail size
ham/pickle pinwheels - 24 tortillas cut to 6 pieces each
bacon-wrapped smokies or cut sausages - 3 lbs.
broccoli/cauliflower salad - 3 lbs
fruit tray - 5 cantaloupe, 3 pineapple, 4 lbs berries, 5 kiwi
dill pickles - half gallon
black olives - half gallon (well liked by family)
pillow mints - 2 lbs
mixed nuts - 2 lbs
cake - 9 x 13
pie - 16 total - pumpkin, pecan, cherry
punch - 12 gallons
coffee - 30 cup pot
water - 5 gallons

Do I need to add 3 gallons of strawberry fluff salad or a pasta salad? Is this enough food?

broccoli/cauliflower salad - 3 lbs- at least 6, and I would do 10 if no other salad

Strawberry fluff would be nice indeed if it is a family favorite

fruit tray - 5 cantaloupe, 3 pineapple, 4 lbs berries, 5 kiwi I would definitely add a watermelon

dill pickles - half gallon
black olives - half gallon (well liked by family)- OK, 3 would be OK too

pillow mints - 2 lbs- at least 4
mixed nuts - 2 lbs-at least 4

cake - 9 x 13- only 12 pieces- for a party this size I would do a full sheet, or a 2 layer half sheet

pie - 16 total - pumpkin, pecan, cherry
punch - 12 gallons don't forget ice
coffee - 30 cup pot- at least 2 and it would be good to have a drip 12 cup with decaf See beverage planning page for help with cream, sugar, etc
