Graduation Open House

I'm planning a graduation open house. After looking over the forum, I'm concerned we don't have enough food choices. My daughter has a gluten free diet and she has chosen:

Taco Bar
Spanish Rice
Beans
Fruit Trays
Veggie Trays
Cupcakes
Assorted cookies/bars
Sundae Bar

We are expecting approx. 150 people - 4-8pm. Does the menu seem adequate?
This is our first grad party--and she's our only.

This is a perfectly adequate set of choices. If you want to add something, maybe chips with a salsa dip and a queso dip, or maybe enchilalas verde? But if you have an extensive set of toppings for those tacos, it really is not necessary!

Very smart choice for a gluten free fiesta.

Thank you for your comment. In reading over your site-- taco bar, fruit & veggie trays, I have tried to calculate the food amounts.

200 hard shells
200 soft shells
tomatoes 9-10 lbs
Shredded lettuce 9-10 lbs
Shredded Cheese 9lbs
Onions 6 lbs
Olives 6 lbs
Sour cream 5 lbs
Salsa 10 lbs
Jalapenos 3 lbs
Refried beans 18-19 lbs
Chips 15 lbs
Taco meat 23 lbs
Shredded chicken 15 lbs

Fruit Tray:
2 watermelon
6 1-pt strawberries
3 med pineapple
3 cantaloupe
4 lbs grapes
1-2 pt blueberries

Do the amounts seem sufficient?
Thank you so much for your help! Glad I found your site!

I would do 300 crisp shells. Otherwise, about right. You might consider adding a couple of pans of baked rice.
