Can I make hot wings in an electric roaster for 150 people? If so how long will it take and at what temperature |

Nope. You can make in the oven and keep warm in the roaster, but BEWARE of the problem with blowing circuits with more than one roaster; each one requires a separate circuit. A roaster only holds about 18 pounds of meat and you need at least 3 to do appetizer level wings for 150. |
