I read in "Tea Sandwiches for a Crowd" that sandwiches or rollups with a dill pickle in the middle can be frozen for future use. Does the pickle change texture? Or is it a good as fresh? |

Dill pickles are fairly limp to start. Make s sandwich and freeze it and see what you think. |
