Time for 14 cups rice take to cook in a roaster

05/17/13 		how long should i cook 14 cups of rice in an 18 quart roaster and at what temperature setting..? and would the ratio of water to rice still be at 2 cups of water to 1 cup of rice..?

05/17/13 		Use the baked rice recipe. Preheat the roaster, bring the water to a boil on the stove top as discussed. The amount of water varies to the type of rice; short grain takes less than long grain.
