I am doing a wedding reception for 200 people. They want to have boiled shrimp with cocktail sauce. The shrimp will be peeled and deveined. Approx. how many pounds of shrimp (evening wedding) with a large assortment of other food items being prepared. Major question I have is do you have ideas on a "classy" presentation of the shrimp. |

At least 1 pound for every 5 persons, and more is better... Over ice is important. If you want, you could freeze ice bowls or other shapes for the display. |
