chicken tenders
little smokies
cheese & cracker tray with pepperonis
vegetables in little cups of ranch(celery, carrots) & cucumbers made like cups filled with hummus
tortilla pinwheel sandwiches different kinds
pasta
fruits, watermelon, oranges, strawberries, pineapple
spinach dip
chips
will need sauces honey mustard, ranch, barbecue

05/19/13 		the party will be around 2:30, pinwheels are as follows,chicken salad w/green onion, may add lettuce(will use can chicken), ham and cream cheese, pimento cheese, possible Italian with
pepperoni, salami, cream cheese with spaghetti sauce.
I will not be in charge of the drinks, but believe they are serving tea, punch, lemonade
and for desserts they are having cake, however I though about doing some jello in plastic wine glasses. or pudding. thank you

The tine definitely means less food is needed.

chicken tenders-1 pound per 5
little smokies-1 pound per 5
cheese- 1 pound per 10
cracker tray- 6 pounds per 100
pepperonis- thin slice, 1 ounce per person
vegetables in little cups of ranch(celery, carrots) &
cucumbers made like cups filled with hummus
This is cute, but I suggest you make all these on veggie trays with dips in the middle- the cuke cups are hard to eat/handle in a finger food situation
spinach dip- 1 cup per 5
chips 1 pound per 12
Amounts veggies- 1 pound ready to eat veggies per 6 1 cup ranch dip per 6, 1 cup hummus per 5
tortilla pinwheel sandwiches different kinds- 5-6 pieces per person skip Italian, since you have the pepperoni already
pasta- SKIP IT
fruits, watermelon, oranges, strawberries, pineapple
Use fruit tray page- you want about 6 pieces per person

black & green olives, 1 gallon total
nuts, mints 6 pounds each per 100
