I'm cooking meatballs and baked beans in two roaster pans. Instead of using the insert pan (I'm afraid I can't get it clean after) can I use a disposable pan? Can I cook them all night on low? The food is being served at 2:30 pm. |

No, you must use the roaster pans, but you can put a foil pan inside it; or get the roaster bags that are made specifically as liners for these; and overnight for a 2 pm serve is WAY too long to cook. Make a few days ahead, refrigerate, heat day of. 325, preheated roster, allow 3 hours, turn to 180 when the temp in the middle of the food is 160. The two pans must be on 2 different circuits; you may need to plug in in 2 different rooms. |

How long do I cook 14# beef roast in roaster pan. I will be shredding the meat for Italian beef. |

Is this a single piece? See the roast beef page. |
