We are expecting 100 to 150 people for a graduation party we are having turkey ham and roast beef and cheese how much of each should i get i do know that i will need more turey and ham then roast beef and you please help me |

Jackie, if this is for sandwiches, the usual division is 1/2 beef, 1/4 each turkey and ham. The sandwich page has exact guidelines for amounts of meat, cheese, bread, and trimmings. You do want to add one or 2 starchy salads (pasta, potato, etc). If you want to post your estimates, please do. and I will check them. |
