I have a 18 quart roaster and I want to keep chicken warm. Do I have to add water? I always cooked in the roaster but I'm getting chicken from KFC and want to keep it warm for an anniversary party. How do I do it? Thanks |

Put the rack in the bottom of the roaster.Set the roaster to 350. Pick up the chicken. Put the chicken in the roaster, put a couple of clean dry cotton dishtowels on top to catch moisture, and turn the roaster to 180. Keep the lid on. Serve within 2 hours. |
