Food planning for 100

05/23/13 		I am planning a family reunion for 100 people. One day we will have a fish with fries green beans and salad. On the next day, the menu includes BBQ chicken, beef, hot dogs and hamburgers. The sides include potato salad and beans.

BBQ chicken, 70 quarters, cut about 20 in half
beef, 1 pound raw boneless per 4
hot dogs, how about polish sausage or kielbasa instead? More popular- 1 pound per 6
hamburgers, how about skip these, since you have the beef?

How about adding slaw? 2 1/2 gallons
