Ladies luncheon for 200 serving coffee, hot tea, lemonade, iced tea and water how much do you think of each is sufficient? Thank you

Do dinner level coffee from the beverage planning list.

Unless you are featuring hot tea, the hot tea amounts suggested in the coffee section will be enough.

Lemonade, about 10 gallons
Iced tea, 12 gallons, 1/3 unsweetened

Water? If serving in pitchers, 3 5 gallon carboys, and you may not need the 3rd. If bottles, allow 2 per person and you will have some left.

At least 1/2 pound ice per person.

Hi Diane,

I will be serving 150 people lemonade, including a container of sugar-free, sweet tea, and mint julep (non-alcoholic); 2 servings per person of each.

How much will I need to make, including the quantity of ice. Also, what size cups should I use. I'm new in the catering business, can you suggest the average cost for this task. I will provide the dispensers, ice and labor to refill product and ice. Thank you for your assistance.

Not clear on the role of the tea, or whether you are doing choice of lemonade or mint julep? It would also help to know the type of function? Write back.
