I am planning on serving 16 lbs of fresh salad, 50 lbs of baked red skin potatoes, 6 cans of green beans 15 lbs of bakes spaghetti, 35 lbs of sausage w/green peppers and onions and 130 chicken breast, roll and butter and for desert small wedding cake 4 doz. cupcakes and 6 key lime pies, 3 doz cookies. Is this enough food? Thank You |

OK if that is dry pasta weight- if cooked weight, you need about 30 pounds. I strongly suggest an appetizer table, here is why.

Three items, including a fruit tray, a cheese tray and an attractive dip or spread, plus a punch, or two if one is alcoholic, are sufficient. One appetizer service area is needed for approximately each 100 guests. |
