I have used your site several times in the past for cooking for large groups. I'm having trouble understanding the plan for 100. Is the quantity listed in the table assume that only that option is being served? We are planning a pig roast for 75 aside from the pork, we are planning potato salad, pasta salad, garden salad, baked beans, corn on the cob and vegetarian lasagna. For the salads, do I make the quantity listed in the table or 1/3-1/2 the quantities. |

Full amounts (3/4 of 100 amount) of everything, about 4 9x13 pans lasagna |

I did forget to list the coleslaw, but this is what we are thinking.
2.75 gals potato salad
2.5 gals of baked beans 3 steam table pans of lasagna 125lb pig |

You could go with a smaller pig- 80-at most 100, unless you want a lot of leftovers. Thw pasta salad could be 3 pounds dry, 4 at most, since you have the lasagna. The rest is plenty. Do have some rolls and add 2 quarts each of pickles and sliced onions for the pork. |

By the way, a full steam table pan pf lasagna serves 30. 2 would be the most I would make with the rest of this meal- |
