Having a graduation party on a Sunday from 1:00 to 6:00. Serving penne w/meatballs, sausage & onions, chicken, chicken strips, pizza, pasta salad, potatoes, salad, rolls. Planning on 150 to 200 people coming. There will be about 30 staying all day which means they will be having lunch & dinner. How much should I make? 2 liters or cans? Thanks!!!

Too many foods, no wonder you are tired.

penne w/1 pound pasta per 10. 1 quart sauce per pound
meatballs, 1 pound per 4
sausage & onions, 1 pound sausage per 5, equal weight veggies

chicken, leg quarters?
chicken strips,
I would do one or the other, not both. Either 1 piece (a quarter is 2 pieces)of chicken per person, or 2 tenders/strips per person. If you do strips, 1 cup dipping sauce per 5

pizza, Having delivered? Hope so. Suggest you spread out the deliveries. 1 large per 8

pasta salad, 5 pounds dry pasta per 100 ()3 gallons

potatoes, please switch to potato salad, 35 pounds raw per 100 (3-4 gallons)

salad, plan for 100 table, 1 1/2 times the amount if you do the potato salad OR do 3 classic relish trays from the veggie tray page

rolls, 2 small per person, 3 pounds butter per 100.

You need fruit trays or ice cold watermelons- see fruit tray page

PS
A party this size normally takes 3-4 people in the kitchen and about 12 to set up, serve and clean up. No wonder you are tired. Get some help- and get some rest.
