Wedding Anniversary

I'm doing a anniversary dinner for 50-60 people including about a dozen kids. I'm smoking Boston butts and some chicken for non pork lovers. I'm also serving slaw, salad, potato salad and cowboy baked beans and bread. A large cake and cookies. What quantities do I need?
Thanks for your valued advice!

Treat this as 2/3 of 100 (unless you are sure it will be only 50) for the plan for 100 tables, these foods are covered there:

slaw, salad, potato salad and cowboy baked beans and bread

As for the meat,
25 pounds raw boneless pork
50 pieces (25 quarters) chicken

As for the desserts, a half sheet cake serves 25, 2 layers 50. Cookies- 1 each of each flavor, up to 4 per person, but small- 2 inches or so each.
