I am having an open house grad party for my son in my backyard. I plan on serving meatballs and cold ham slices along with a couple cold salads, baked beans, fruits & veggies, rolls etc. I don't know how much ham to get. I am estimating around 60 to 75 people coming and going throughout the day. Can you give me an idea of how many pounds of ham I should buy? Thank you. |

I suggest you put rolls near the ham and meatballs so people make sandwiches, and add5 pound sandwich sliced cheese. If you do this, 12-15 pounds ham and 14 pounds meatballs will be plenty. |
