I am hosting a mac & cheese buffet grad party for 200. How much ham, tomatoes, taco meat, peas, tuna, onions, corn and mushrooms would be practical? Thank you. |

Mac & Cheese Buffet The toppings except the cheeses and cheese sauce are just like the potato/taco bar, see that page, double the amounts for 100 to serve 200. Peas, corn, mushrooms, about 20 pounds each for 200. |
