Tossed salad
Mac and cheese
Several salads. Potato chicken waldorf'meeatballs Kielbasa
also baked ziti .
I am not sure how to figure out on these items how much I will need for 200 people
Is there any way you can help?

You need a total of 20 pounds pasta, divide to your crowd- See also the spaghetti page- two times the amount for 100 on the plan for 100 page

Potato salad-35 pounds raw potatoes per 100
Waldorf salad-25 pounds apples per 100

chicken salad- 4 gallons per 100
meatballs- 1 pound per 4
Kielbasa- 1 pound per 5
