We are having grad party for 75 people from 3:00 to 7:00 on Saturday and my husband ordered 15 pounds of smoked brisket and 10 pounds of smoked pulled pork. I'm really afraid that's not enough meat. What are your thoughts? We are also having pasta salad, potato salad & macaroni salad along with chips/dips, veggies, fruit, cupcakes, and cookies. |

You are really right. Minimum 25 pounds beef, at least 15 pork. Sorry, Dad. |
