I'm catering a party for a friend and I'm making pullpork bbq, macaroni salad, salt potatoes, bake beans, and chees/pepperoni tray and veggie tray. Its for around 75 people. If I have figured right, I was planning on doing 7 to 8 lbs of dry macaroni.18 to 20 pounds of pork butts, 40 to 6 pounds of beans, 20 to 25 pounds of salt potatoes. Can you tell me if I'm even close and how far off am I? Would appreciate the help. thank you much

Good work!

7 to 8 lbs of dry macaroni- 6 plenty
18 to 20 pounds of pork butts, if bone in do at least 24
4 to 6 pounds of beans, 6 good
20 to 25 pounds of salt potatoes. If these are whole potatoes, make sure you have 80

If this saves you time, trouble, or money, and it is a paid gig, consider a donation, maybe a dime per person, to support this site.
