I'm catering a party for a friend and I'm making pullpork bbq, macaroni salad, salt potatoes, bake beans, and chees/pepperoni tray and veggie tray. Its for around 75 people. If I have figured right, I was planning on doing 7 to 8 lbs of dry macaroni.18 to 20 pounds of pork butts, 40 to 6 pounds of beans, 20 to 25 pounds of salt potatoes. Can you tell me if I'm even close and how far off am I? Would appreciate the help. thank you much |

Good work!
7 to 8 lbs of dry macaroni- 6 plenty If this saves you time, trouble, or money, and it is a paid gig, consider a donation, maybe a dime per person, to support this site. |
