Looking to have burritos (from a local shop - kids love them), pulled pork, bbq chicken wings, cold cut platter, baked beans, coleslaw, pasta corn salad..... wondering how much of each I should make.

pulled pork,
bbq chicken wings,
cold cut platter,
You only need 2 of these- write back which you want to use.
sandwich trimmings, rolls- see the sandwich page and use 3/4 of 100

baked beans, 2 1/2 gallons
coleslaw, 2 gallons
pasta corn salad, 4 pounds dry pasta.

I think I will go with Pulled Pork and Cold Cut Platter

Good choices.

Pulled pork, ready to serve, 1 pound per 8
Cold cut platter, 8 pounds assorted plus 3-4 pounds sliced sandwich cheese.
quart sliced pickles
2 pounds sliced onions
1 roll or 4" baguette per person, you will probably have some left
squeeze bottle mustard, 2 mayo
maybe add 3 heads lettuce and 4 pounds sliced tomatoes
